Spangler Restoration: Business Development Manager

Specific Responsibilities may include:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the assigned territory year after year by establishing and maintaining relationships with our referral base and trade partners. The Business Development Manager will routinely make cold calls, analyze the market area, determine points of contact, and turn leads into a customer base that will result in growth year after year. The Business Development Manager will conduct daily meetings, lunch-and-learns, promote continuing education, and establish themselves as the primary contact for the restoration project. These relationships will be maintained by the Business Development Manager. In addition, the Business Development Manager will be asked to give professional presentations, make, and manage their own appointments and schedule, become involved in industry associations, stay up to date on market trends and research, and update our CRM daily.
Requirements: (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales
- Extensive face to face sales experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a larger territory.
- Proven track record of sales experience, growth, and goal attainment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Creative, coachable, trainable, and memorable
- Highly competitive and able to work in a team environment.
