Working to maintain relationships and grow membership
To grow chamber membership and to manage strategies that work toward maintaining current membership. We will work to connect new members with existing members and will ensure that all members are aware of the benefits of chamber membership.
Maintain a consistent membership of at least four committee members with marketing expertise.
Ensure each new member connects with at least one existing member during their first six months of Chamber membership.
Build awareness of the benefits a chamber membership includes, by clearly articulating it in a way that can be used in both print and digital (website) material.
Worked with Chamber staff to establish membership recruitment and retention goals for the 2018-19 year.
Continue working to establish deliverable materials in a variety of formats that fully explain the benefits of Chamber membership.
