This role supports day-to-day marketing and communications across email, website, digital platforms, public relations, and guest-facing channels. The position emphasizes clear writing, accuracy, consistency, and follow-through, with responsibility for ongoing content updates and communications support for seasonal events and promotions. Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays required during special events.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain marketing content across email, website pages, blogs, online listings, and social media.

• Maintain content calendars and coordinate updates tied to campaigns and seasonal events.

• Manage social media community engagement, responding to guest questions with accuracy, professionalism, and sound judgment.

• Create and publish evergreen, informational, promotional, and live video content for social media, in coordination with the Marketing Director.

• Support media outreach, coverage tracking, and media visits / interviews.

• Support onsite marketing needs related to seasonal events, signage updates, and partner or influencer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.

• Ability to write clearly and confidently for public-facing audiences, with strong proofreading skills and attention to tone, accuracy, and detail.

• Experience working across multiple digital channels, including email and websites.

• Comfortable managing guest-facing communications.

• Ability to follow brand guidelines, and approval processes with minimal revision.

• Strong organizational skills and sound professional judgment.
