Beech Mountain Resort is seeking personable and reliable Lift Attendants/Ticket Checkers for the Summer Season. Full and part-time positions are available. As a Lift Attendant, you’ll be an integral part of ensuring guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience while using our lift systems. You will assist guests in loading and unloading bikes, check tickets, and help maintain a safe and friendly atmosphere at the lift stations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with loading and unloading chairlifts safely
- Check and scan tickets while maintaining a smooth flow at lift stations
- Ensure safety by providing quality communication to patrons
- Safely unload bicycles and ensure proper handling
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements or Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts

Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC, is looking for someone to assist in operating our 5506 Snack Shack and help as a bar back with the Sky Bar team. This is primarily a Thursday-Sunday Job from 10 am-7 pm, but may require early morning inventory loads in’s from the base of the resort property. We are located at 1007 Beech Mountain Parkway. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
· Backup bartenders
· Assist 5506 Snack Shack selling hot and cold beverages and various foods
· Help maintain a clean and inviting environment
· Refill low and empty bar and snack shack stocks
· Change kegs
· Clear empty glasses and remove trash
· Attend to bathrooms and keep them clean and well-stocked
· Clear deck of snow and ice as needed
· Load early morning inventory once per week
Qualifications
· Outgoing and engaging personality
· Ability to learn the POS system
· Basic math skills
· Proactive in identifying and completing work needs
· Ability to assess station needs and act accordingly
· Great spoken and written communication
· Clean driving record

- Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Requirements or Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a bartender
