Responsibilities

  • Perform night audit procedures, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure all charges are posted correctly.
  • Assist with guest relations by providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any special requests.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

 
Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment is preferred, particularly in a front desk or guest services role.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with night audit processes and hotel management systems is advantageous.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism and composure under pressure.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in our hotel space. This role requires a proactive approach to housekeeping management, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and welcoming for guests.

Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Change bed linens and towels regularly while adhering to established standards.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Follow all safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including industrial cleaning tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold quality standards in cleanliness.

 
Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with custodial practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
