Know Your Neighbor: Appalachian Commercial Real Estate

For this Know Your Neighbor, Mario Espinoza, Boone Area Chamber of Commerce Member Experience Associate, put on his best neighborly sweater, gave a nod to Mr. Rogers, and sat down with James Milner of Appalachian Commercial Real Estate. Fittingly, the conversation happened at Real Boone Podcast Studios, where James records his own Boone Tea podcast.

Appalachian Commercial Real Estate was founded in 2014 and assists owners and occupants of commercial real estate with sales, leasing, consulting, and appraisal services.  We focus on only one thing: commercial real estate, and we work primarily in Northwest North Carolina.

Our mission from day one has always been to give people the information that they need to make an informed decision. In other words, as a commercial real estate firm, we are trying to use our expertise to help other entrepreneurs, because that is really at the root of what our community is: a gathering of small business owners who help each other.
