We are a GROWING Community Health Center, looking for a financial leader to join our team!

High Country Community Health (HCCH), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a mission to provide quality, patient-centered, culturally appropriate, affordable, and compassionate care that serves the whole person is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who is highly qualified, with a winning attitude. 

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of the health center and works in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Chief Operating Officer (COO), reporting directly to the CEO.  The CFO will be responsible for taking a collaborative leadership role in financial decision-making and assisting the Board and leadership team in making strategic decisions that affect HCCH.  This position requires a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, along with three to five years of experience in managing accounting teams and overseeing accounting processes.  Prior FQHC experience is preferred.

The CFO directly oversees and supervises the financial/accounting staff and other departments as determined by the CEO.  The CFO serves as an active member of the executive leadership team and assists in the implementation of the health centers vision and mission.
