In partnership with Watauga County Economic Development Commission, Boone Underground has a vision of recruiting potential startups, advancing job opportunities and upskilling the workforce.
About the Opportunity
Our team is an integral part of our business with the mission to enable our members to create their life’s work. As a Community Care Representative, you are integral to the elevated member experience at Boone Underground. You will report to the building each day and will be responsible
for ensuring we meet our members’ needs and maintain our community standards. In addition, you’ll ensure we deliver on our targets for an uncompromised member experience through curated events based on members’ interests, introducing members to each other for business opportunities, and creating a welcoming environment for members and their guests. The Representative will oversee the Coworking facility during opening/closing hours.
Primary duties include:
-Opening or closing facility and ensuring space is ready for members and meetings.
-Maintain front desk coverage, greeting all visitors, and notifying members when guests arrive.
-Handling all member inquiries and reception duties such as phone, data entry, mail distribution, and more as needed.
-Conduct onboarding meetings with all new accounts to ensure a successful move-in.
-Conduct building tours for VIPs or prospective members as needed.
-Confirm appointments for conference spaces and set up facilities for events if required.
-Process payments/contracts and remediate billing issues
-Monitor member benefits are available throughout the day (Coffee, Snacks, Printer, etc).
-Liaise with in-building, third party cleaning companies to ensure space is kept up to standards.
-Track, audit, and maintain badge access keys distributed to members.
-Escalate customer complaints and maintenance issues to appropriate contacts.
-Understand and explain Boone Underground policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues via email or in person.
