Title: Executive Director

Specific Duties:
● Supervise professional staff
● Develop booking practices that ensure a robust, engaging, and diverse calendar of
performances and other events in the Theatre, reflecting the unique qualities of the
North Carolina High Country, including its residents, its visitors, and its climate
● Manage the Theatre’s budget in collaboration with the ATHC Finance Committee
● Provide collaborative facilitation of Board, Executive Committee, standing
committees, and other shared governance activities
● Develop and sustain strong partnerships in the Boone community and the High
Country region
● Supervise marketing activities of the Theatre
● Facilitate volunteer training programs (directed by professional staff)
● Oversee Theatre cleaning and maintenance
● All other duties and tasks as assigned by the ATHC Board of Trustees
