Budget Manager

 

The Budget Manager works closely with the Director of Finance, Executive Director, and Director of Grant Funding to manage an annual budget of over $3,000,000. The person must have a solid background in accounting and will handle grant management and requisitions, grant budgets, inventory control and bank reconciliation. The person will be responsible for preparing monthly budget reports and grant tracking reports. This person must be able to work well in an office with diverse staff, and clientele.

Food Service Specialist

 

The Food Service Specialist works with the Food Service Coordinator coordinating the 
Bread of Life Food Access Programs. This is a part-time (30-32 hours per week) position.

Facilities Specialist

 

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of agency facilities; performing routine and minor maintenance to the heating and air conditioning equipment; maintaining plumbing systems, equipment and fixtures; performing minor facility repairs and overseeing major repairs; performing minor electrical repairs; overseeing fire and safety program; maintaining information and technology equipment
including security system and computers; receiving, storing, inventorying and issuing supplies and materials and overseeing cleaning, grounds maintenance and landscaping functions at agency properties. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for securing required bids for projects per the agency’s Procurement Policy, submitting contracts for project work and overseeing service contractors through the projects completion.
