Director of Sales & Marketing
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for a comprehensive sales and communication program to effectively sell and raise awareness of one of North Carolina’s top resorts. This position will oversee a multi-channel operation that includes three lodging entities, an award-winning restaurant and pub, nationally recognized full-service spa, North Carolina’s first Orvis®-endorsed fly fishing program, sporting reserve, and a full array of indoor and outdoor activities and adventures. The DOSM sells the Chetola Resort experience across all media channels via consistent messaging to our target markets about connecting with the natural world with loved ones to create shareable memories. It includes the execution of an integrated marketing communication plan to reach and exceed sales and marketing KPIs.

Corporate Sales Manager
This key position is the primary line of contact for all corporate groups, and SMERF events for the Resort. Selling the Chetola Corporate experience to our target markets is one of the most important responsibilities and includes developing new relationships with potential clients, as well as cultivating existing relationships with past clients. This individual must be able to engage effectively with clients, analyze their needs, and create curated corporate events to meet and exceed their expectations. This role attends conferences, seminars, networking events, trade shows, business groups, and constantly seeks new ways to introduce clients to Chetola Resort.

Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer
We are seeking an experienced social media manager and graphic designer to own and manage the creation of our marketing assets and social media content that support our marketing goals. You will play a critical role in enhancing the user experience by bringing our brand to life. As our social media manager, you will manager all our social accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them to loyal promoters of our Resort. You will also assist in managing content creation and content management for our website, along with assisting in all communication efforts Resort-wide.
