Through my 25+ year career I’ve had the privilege of serving in numerous lead roles, including being a pastor, campus minister, and nonprofit executive director. I’ve also had the great joy of being an entrepreneur in building two new companies from the ground up, New Waters Group, LLC and Magic Bound Travel, LLC, and know the celebrations and challenges of being a small business owner.

I want to offer the best of my experience, abilities, education, and training to you so that you can be a more effective leader and achieve your goals in your personal life, relationships, education, work, and service.
