Company Overview
TubeBoone is the latest edition of all the New River tubing companies, except this organization is focusing more on being environmentally conscious and eco-friendly. Generally, TubeBoone is a tourist river tubing attraction that offers guests a ride to float down a scenic portion of the New River, Watauga County. Offering transportation to and from the river back to our outpost located on old 421, we believe this avenue will reduce the overall carbon footprint and environmental erosion of vehicles driving and parking near ar the river. This approach of not building permanent foundations near the New River will help protect wildlife habitats and promote professional acts of leave no trace. www.TubeBoone.com
TubeBoone is a start-up company founded by Appalachian State student Owen Stanley, in partnership with Hewitt Emerson local Boone business owner of High County Valet, Boone Brewery Tours, and Homegrown Market coffee shop. The physical location for TubeBoone is just off of old 421 beside Food Lion on a gravel parking lot. This location will serve as the organization's outpost and will be used to park customers and company vehicles. This graveled open space is where TubeBoone guests will arrive and check into our front desk as well as serve all of the organization's accommodations. Our facility will operate with non-permanent fixtures such as mobile restroom facilities, enclosed trailer storage, and canopy check-in desk to promote the least amount of impact, not like what you witness from permanent infrastructure.
