Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced team lead to oversee daily guest-facing operations within our taproom and beer garden. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, a passion for craft beer, and a deep commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of floor operations, including staff management and customer service
- Staff development-work with shift leaders to develop creative problem-solving skills and identify areas of focus (i.e. communication between host, expo, and shift leads)
- Train, mentor, and support all staff in delivering exceptional service and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional events and enhance the guest experience
- Organize family meals and staff events
- Monitor and report on performance metrics to achieve operational goals
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance within the taproom
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a restaurant server/team lead
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of craft beer styles and brewing processes is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
