HVAC Sales Associate Job Description
We are looking for an HVAC Services Sales Associate to join our team! If you have worked as an HVAC Service Technician or Installer and have a solid knowledge of HVAC systems and how they work, this could be the opportunity for you, especially if you enjoy sales and would like to assume a more administrative role. Top notch customer service is priority!
You will be responsible for:
• HVAC systems sales
• Installation sales calls
• Site visits for sales calls
• Replacement estimates
• Warehouse and inventory duties
• Receiving materials/equipment
• Placing parts orders
• Other administrative duties are associated with staging jobs, briefing installation
teams, and coordinating with customers.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ field and office experience with HVAC systems
• Experience with and knowledge about replacing HVAC systems
• Technical ability to explain to customers how HVAC systems work
• Sales aptitude and drive
• Experience with or exposure to sales quotes
• High School Diploma or GED
• Possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Works well on a team and independently
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Customer products include heat pumps, ventilation systems, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, mini
splits, and zone systems.
