Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice working 20-30 hours/week. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our patients feel cared for from their first call to their last visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and kind manner
  • Guide patients through intake paperwork and forms
  • Process payments and assist with patient reimbursement
  • Keep patient records organized and up to date
  • Coordinate daily operations with our clinical team for smooth patient flow
  • Assist in turning over treatment rooms between sessions, restocking supplies, and ensuring each space is prepared and welcoming for the next patient
  • Maintain a clean and stocked front office area
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy office is preferred
  • Familiarity with pelvic health or therapy-related terminology is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
