Position Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice working 20-30 hours/week. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring our patients feel cared for from their first call to their last visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and kind manner
- Guide patients through intake paperwork and forms
- Process payments and assist with patient reimbursement
- Keep patient records organized and up to date
- Coordinate daily operations with our clinical team for smooth patient flow
- Assist in turning over treatment rooms between sessions, restocking supplies, and ensuring each space is prepared and welcoming for the next patient
- Maintain a clean and stocked front office area
- Provide outstanding customer service and support
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy office is preferred
- Familiarity with pelvic health or therapy-related terminology is a plus
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
