Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Spangler Restoration

Position:
The Project Manager manages multiple projects within the assigned area. There is a strong focus on customer service, completing jobs timely, and adhering to a budget. They will work with customers/homeowners and insurance companies in order to determine a fair and reasonable scope of work.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running multiple construction projects at a time, from start to finish
- Create and adhere to project budgets based on corporate expectations
- Create work orders for subcontractors and manage costs throughout the life of the project
- Select and coordinate the work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
- Coordinate purchase of construction materials necessary to complete project
- Communicate with the Estimator regarding change orders and/or revisions to the original estimate
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
- Report to all parties about progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated
- Update job management software in a timely manner
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and filed appropriately
- Prepare owner billings and review/approve subcontractor invoices
- Collect monies due progressively and/or upon completion of job
- Attend Work in Progress (WIP) sessions as requested to discuss the status of all projects
- Maintain positive customer relationships via consistent communication and managing customer expectations throughout the project
Requirements:
- College degree or certification in Construction or Project
Management
- Restoration or Construction experience in a supervisory/manager role
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must understand and comply with all company policies and procedures, see handbook.
