Associate Marketing Manager for Carolina West Wireless 

Opportunity for flex/remote work. The candidate must live an easily commutable distance to the corporate office. 

Overview of Position: 

The primary role of the Associate Marketing Manager is to support and grow sales and revenue results through our sales and marketing initiatives. The Associate Marketing Manager assists in the ideation, coordination, and execution of multiple projects. 

Your Responsibilities Will Include: 

Assist the Marketing Director in the creative development and execution of all marketing strategies in support of program, product, and promotional rollouts. 
Assist the Marketing Director with agency and vendor management.
Manage local events and sponsorships while facilitating on-site activation plan with sales management.
Maintain and update Web/Mobile/e-commerce – product, price, promotion, creative updates, lead generation, web analytics, development and build strategy.
Assist development of new product portfolios and services – tactically execute approved plans, fees, pricing, cost information and rate plans
Provide monthly, quarterly and annual analytic reports – sales promotions, ad effectiveness, social/digital campaigns, CRM campaigns and others as required.
Provide sales channel support for retail, B2B sales, dealer and owner company including POP, planograms, presentation materials, store programs, etc.
Manage social media platforms to execute overarching social media strategy.
Supports cross departmental marketing needs.
Manage expense tracking and reconciliation.
Compose and distribute all marketing communications to stakeholders and selling channels. 
Cross train within department for broad learning of other responsibilities.
Responsibilities to include other duties and functions as decided by management.
What You Bring to the Team: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of relevant experience; retail marketing experience is a plus; wireless or subscriber service-based experience a plus
Experience in project coordination and management; in marketing a plus
Experience managing vendor relationships
Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects with attention to accuracy and detail
Ability to move easily between tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate across departments
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and respond to unanticipated events
Strong interpersonal skills 
Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel 
Some occasional evening or weekend work may be needed
