Construction Field Superintendent
Leadership position with at least 8 years of prior construction experience, serving as a key middle management link in the production team to delegate the scope of work from the Project Manager to practical application in the field. Typically running several job sites at once, directing Laborers, Apprentices, Journeymen and subs in day-to-day needs on-site. A Superintendent manages the overall schedule as well as generating and overseeing multiple scopes of work at any given time. Strong administrative skills are ideal to keep projects running smoothly and in using our cloud-based Project Management tracking systems.
