Construction Apprentice/Laborer

Entry-level position, perfect for someone wanting to learn and grow in the construction industry. We’re looking for people with a heart to serve and the ability to represent our culture and values on-site when interacting with team members, clients, subs, and vendors. Must have a tool bag, framing hammer, measuring tape, speed square, carpenters pencils, wood chisel, pry bar, gloves, safety glasses and work boots. Must also have reliable transportation. Construction Field Superintendent 

Leadership position with at least 8 years of prior construction experience, serving as a key middle management link in the production team to delegate the scope of work from the Project Manager to practical application in the field. Typically running several job sites at once, directing Laborers, Apprentices, Journeymen and subs in day-to-day needs on-site. A Superintendent manages the overall schedule as well as generating and overseeing multiple scopes of work at any given time. Strong administrative skills are ideal to keep projects running smoothly and in using our cloud-based Project Management tracking systems. Must be able to read plans and do take-offs, and establish relationships in a supportive role to a Project Manager. Construction Project Manager 

Leadership position with at least 10 years of prior construction experience and 3 years of jobsite management experience. This role stewards dreams coming to life as they carry the responsibility of facilitating a quality experience for our clients as their home, or business, is being built or renovated. The role of Project Manager serves as the head of a Production Team, leading a team of Superintendents, Crew Members, and Subcontractors, and working closely with our Financial, Architectural, and Design pillars to bring the project together cohesively and efficiently.
