Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of agency facilities; performing routine and minor maintenance to the heating and air conditioning equipment; maintaining plumbing systems, equipment and fixtures; performing minor facility repairs and overseeing major repairs; performing minor electrical repairs; overseeing fire and safety program; maintaining information and technology equipment including security system and computers; receiving, storing, inventorying and issuing supplies and materials and overseeing cleaning, grounds maintenance and landscaping functions at agency properties. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for securing required bids for projects per the agency’s Procurement Policy, submitting contracts for project work and overseeing service contractors through the projects completion.

Food Service Associate

The Food Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Food Service Coordinator
with the Community Kitchen and Food Pantry programs. This is a part-time position,
including weekends.

Joint Component Transitional/Rapid Rehousing & Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Coordinator

The Transitional/Rapid Rehousing & DV/SA Coordinator will coordinate the Joint Component Housing Program consisting of 40 hours weekly case management of clients, working closely with the Executive Director, PSH Service Coordinators, Lead Emergency Shelter Coordinator and other Service Coordinators.

Shelter Associate

The Shelter Associate is responsible for assisting with the day to day operation of shelter
services and works closely with the Executive Director, Lead Service Coordinator, Lead
Shelter Associate and other Service Coordinators. This is a part time (24 - 32 hours per week) position that includes working overnights, weekends, and holidays. There will be a 90 day provisional employment period. At the end of the provisional period, an evaluation will be completed and if the employment has been mutually satisfactory, the position will become regular part time.
