Location: Downtown Boone, NC
Position Type: *35 Hours/ wk +/-
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday with hour lunch break
*Hours can be somewhat flexible if established during the hiring process. There will be some weekend evening community events and networking events
Starting pay $18-22/hr depending on experience

 

About Us:
828 Real Estate is a boutique real estate firm nestled in the heart of Downtown
Boone. We are a small group of dedicated, fun professionals that are community
minded and love what we do.

We are seeking a hardworking, personable, detail oriented and self-motivated
individual to join our team as our Marketing Director/ Office Manager. No degree
required but prefer Marketing, Website, Social Media and Technology background.
Ability to learn quickly- be trainable is a must. Bonus if you have experience in the
Real Estate Field and working with Mailchimp, Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets,
Website SEO, Follow Up Boss or other Contact Management System. Training is
available.

 

Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls and walk in visitors
  • Basic Office Errands- stocking office supplies, stocking Free Pantry, etc. •
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment
  • Basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
    (scanning, office emails, office calendar, etc)
  • Charity and community outreach ambassador

2. Marketing Assistance:

  • Designing and syndicating email marketing (Property Flyers, bi-monthly
    newsletters)
  • Agent assistance with marketing and designing CRM Action Plans •
  • Creation and execution of social media content
  • Maintain Website, SEO, Blog creation, and management.
  • Management of digital and print advertising
  • Some photo editing and video production
  • Brand management

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail Oriented- proofing marketing well
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Website/ SEO Understanding and Experience
  • Bonus: Proficiency in Google Docs, Canva, Mailchimp, Contact Management
    Software and Dropbox
