10th Annual 4 Under 40 Awards: Nominate an Emerging Leader

Each spring, the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce 4 Under 40 Awards honors 16 emerging leaders in the High Country, with four receiving special recognition for their outstanding contributions alongside the annual Respect Your Elder award. This annual event shines a spotlight on the next generation of leaders who are making a lasting impact in our community.

Form closes on Thursday, February, 19 at 4 PM ET.

Awards are given in four different categories:
- Business Owner
- Education Professional
- Non-profit Business Professional
- Rising Star
The 2026 awards will take place Wednesday, March 18 at the Appalachian Theatre in Downtown Boone. Nominees must have achieved professional success in the local community, be 39 years of age or younger as of March 18, 2026 and be able to attend the awards event.
