We are a growing Well Services & Drilling company seeking a reliable and motivated full-time licensed NC Level C Well Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose + repair well service work; well inspections, pump installs, tank changes, filtration system installs etc.
• Drive company vehicles and transport equipment to job sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair water system issues using mechanical knowledge.
• Collect and interpret water quality and system performance data.
• Assist in water treatment processes to ensure a clean, safe water supply.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50+ lbs (e.g., pipe, wire).

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a NC Well Contractor Level C License
• At least 3+ years of experience with a Level C license
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and professionally.
• Dependable and committed to high-quality service.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Team player
• Plumbing experience is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
