Up to $48,000 — $40,000 base + up to $8,000 in performance bonuses

We are seeking a Guest Experience Manager to lead the guest experience at a boutique property within our local portfolio. This is a leadership position with real creative latitude. The GEM works within an established brand while having the freedom to personalize the guest experience and the genuine flexibility to structure their day in a way that works for them — because our team's quality of life is just as important to us as the experience we deliver to our guests.

This is a hybrid role with a portion of the work able to be done remotely, though proximity to our Watauga County properties is required. Weekends and holidays are part of the role, balanced by a flexibility in scheduling that is uncommon in traditional hospitality positions.

Our operations are supported by smart systems and AI-assisted tools, allowing this role to stay focused on what matters most — the guest experience. We are also looking for someone with an interest in content and social media who can bring that same creative energy to how the property is represented online.
