The Watauga Women in Leadership committee invites you to our first Coffee Connections of 2024 on Wednesday, February 14 at the Boone Area Chamber of Commerce. 

This Coffee Connections is a perfect "Galentine's Day Blend," focusing on authentic leadership and self care. Join us for a steaming cup of inspiration as we hear from Shafer Adelaide, Fitness Director at Deer Valley Athletic Club, about what it takes to be a leader in the wellness industry. Kick off Galentine's Day the right way by networking and sharing words of affirmation with women from all across the high country. You don't want to miss February's Coffee Connections event!

Shafer Adelaide is a highly experienced personal trainer and serves as the Fitness Director at Deer Valley Athletic Club. With over 13 years in the industry, Shafer has honed expertise in various disciplines including pilates, yoga, kickboxing, meditation, stress reduction, and specialized rehabilitation. Known for a client-centric approach, Shafer empowers individuals to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being through personalized training programs. With a passion for promoting physical and mental wellness, Shafer is dedicated to helping clients lead healthier, more balanced lives.
