Make room for the future!
For nearly 30 years, the library has been welcoming thousands of residents each month, circulating over 173,000 books annually, and hosting hundreds of programs for all ages! Our community has grown significantly since then, and with that growth comes a renewed vision for how the library can continue to serve its visitors.
The renovation plan includes substantial enhancements to the existing floor plan, optimizing space utilization and incorporating cutting-edge technology to meet both current and future library needs. More information about the project and how you can support can be found on the Watauga County Public Library website.
When: Tuesday, January 13, from 12:00 - 1:00 PM with Ribbon Cutting at 12:30.
