Lost Province Brewing Company is proud to reintroduce their sister restaurant, a 20-year-old Boone staple: Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina!
Here’s what you can expect: the same great food, just refreshed! At Coyote Kitchen & Lost Cantina, everything is now made from scratch with many local and organic ingredients. As far as protein goes, we offer Shipley Farms beef, Humane Certified chicken, and domestic, wild-caught salmon, shrimp, and North Carolina catfish. We still pride ourselves on staying committed to offering gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and allergy-friendly options.
Coyote Kitchen has undergone extensive renovations, including a full bar and taproom, the Lost Cantina. With over 20 Lost Province beers on tap, we have something for everyone. Join us every day of the week for our daily drink specials!
