Carolina Movement Lab (CML) is a vibrant, community-centered movement studio dedicated to helping people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities discover joy, confidence, and ease in how they move. Located on the 4th floor in the heart of Boone, CML offers thoughtful, personalized equipment Pilates, group mat Pilates, and group Barre classes in a welcoming, judgment-free space.

Rooted in the principles of balance, curiosity, compassion, and longevity, the Lab fosters connection and empowerment—encouraging every body to move well and feel great. With experienced instructors and a supportive atmosphere, Carolina Movement Lab is more than a Pilates studio—it’s a place where movement becomes a path to vitality and lifelong wellness.

In addition to fitness classes, Carolina Movement Lab also offers a beautiful, well-equipped space available for rent to instructors and practitioners who want to host workshops, trainings, or specialty events. We love collaborating with other movement and wellness professionals and creating opportunities for our community to learn, connect, and grow together.

After the ribbon cutting, we’ll roll right into our Open House from 5–7pm and continue the celebration with:

• Tours of the space

• Snacks & drinks

• Door prizes

• Debut of our new Tower + TRX apparatus (for 4-person classes)

• Sneak peek of new class offerings, including rebounder (mini trampoline) classes

• A chance to see (and test out) specialized Pilates equipment like the reformer and tower

• Learn how to use self-massage and myofascial release tools

• Explore small props and movement accessories

• Meet our partners: Dr. Erin Jarrett of Root Physical Therapy & Pilates and Jacqueline Walczak of Pinnacle Pilates

• Enjoy the view from the top of Boone
