Jeff Mance

Jeff Mance is the founder of South Fork Design Build and a licensed architect and general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in architecture and construction. Raised in Boone, Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science from Appalachian State University and Master of Architecture from NC State University.

After working on residential, civic, commercial, and institutional projects across North Carolina, Jeff returned to the High Country and founded South Fork Design Build to bring architecture and construction together under one team. Today, he leads the design and construction of modern custom homes throughout Boone and the surrounding North Carolina mountains, with a particular focus on thoughtful, site-responsive design and the realities of building in mountain environments.
