We would like to welcome Performance Blueprints as the latest addition to our Chamber membership!

"We create scientific tools that break down organizational complexity to help you optimize your impact. Our tools and methodology guide you in creating your strategic “Blueprints” following a proven process focused on what is vital to organizational success.

Our team has over 50 years of combined expertise in performance improvement, behavioral science and instructional design. We have worked with some of the largest companies in the world to the smallest across many industries. We know how to build behavioral systems that lead to business results and are on a mission to bring that expertise to organizational leaders looking for a sustainable approach to growth.

Dissemination of the science and practice of Behavior Systems Analysis is our core value. We push our science forward through numerous peer-reviewed publications, edited books, research conference presentations, book chapters, and professional activities within the University of North Carolina and Western Michigan University systems, the Association for Behavior Analysis International, Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, Organizational Behavior Management Network and the Journal of Organizational Behavior Management. We translate this science for you in our tools, workshops and coaching offerings.

Performance Blueprints was honored to receive the Geary Rummler Award for the Advancement of Performance Improvement from the International Society for Performance Improvement in 2014. We are dedicated to advancing Geary Rummler’s legacy by creating streamlined and novel ways to apply our science.

Our current goal is to bring our expertise locally to optimize the impact of non-profits in the High Country of North Carolina by helping them manage complexity and grow for collective impact."
