- Cornerstone Summit Church - Check Here
- Red Cross - call 1-800-RED-CROSS (733-2767)
- Casting Bread
- Samaritan's Purse Volunteer Information - staging from Alliance Bible Fellowship in Boone and assisting with tree work, mud outs, debris cleanup, and roof tarping.
- NC Baptists on Mission - operating disaster recovery for the foreseeable future providing tree work, debris cleanup, mud outs, tarping, heavy equipment and more for homeowners. They have hundreds of volunteers already and are actively taking intakes from the community. - Rivergirl Fishing Company - Meeting at 4041 RailRoad Grade Rd. in Todd each day at 9:30AM for clean-up opportunities in the Todd community.
Hot Meals
We will do our best to update this information regularly.
- First Baptist Church Boone - Serving hot meals daily at Noon and 5PM. They also have water, hygiene items, and baby needs.
- Fairfield by Marriott in Boone - As of 10/2/2024 they have received plenty of donations including but not limited to: Essentials (food, water, etc.), Toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste, deodorant, etc.), Baby Supplies (formula, wipes, diapers, etc.), Clothing (women, men, children), Pet Supplies (food, toys, cat litter, etc.) There is a volunteer on site cooking 100+ hot dogs and burgers for guests and anyone who may want to come by and eat. Another volunteer will be stopping by to drop off 200+ sandwiches as well. They have internet and service, as well as running water and electricity open to the public.

- Wellspring Center for Healing and Education is offering free trauma acupuncture treatments from 10am to 3pm 10/4 and daily until further notice. It's all done to the ears, no disrobing needed. Folks can charge their cell phones while they recharge their spirits! Please spread the word! Message from: Dr Bonnie Walker
- World Central Kitchen is dropping off huge water tanks at Footsloggers on 10/4. Footsloggers will function as a hub for water filling courtesy of World Central Kitchen. Footsloggers is located at 139 Depot Street in Boone NC.
- Geeks at Work - If you are a past or current customer or a new one, business owner or private individual and you need our technology help and service, call us, or come to our store and we will give you our full attention and provide you with service. Don’t worry if at this time you can’t afford to pay, we will consider you a neighbor, just borrowing a cup of sugar, knowing that you are there to help others in the neighborhood as well. If you are in need of wifi to make calls or use internet, we are offering free wifi at our store. Even if we are closed, you can access it in our parking lot.
