Skip Harkrader

Have thirty-nine years experience in local government management and planning; Have served as the Planning Director for the City of Burlington and Director of Planning and Development for Spartanburg County, South Carolina. Am a graduate of Appalachian State University with a BS Degreee in Community and Regional Planning and a MA Degree in Political Science/Government. I am also a graduate of the Municipal Administration program at UNC Chapel Hill and the South Carolina Economic Developers School at the College of Charleston.
