Lenka Hejlkova

Lenka Hejlkova leads marketing and business operations for South Fork Design Build. She brings more than 15 years of experience across marketing, communications, events, client experience, project leadership, and business growth, along with a background in interior architecture from UNC Greensboro.

Before joining South Fork, Lenka spent five years with the North Carolina Chamber, where her work spanned digital marketing, communications, events, partnerships, and organizational strategy. She has also worked independently with small and founder-led businesses, helping translate business goals into practical marketing and growth strategies.

Based in Boone, Lenka oversees South Fork’s marketing, business development, community partnerships, and operations, while also supporting client communications and the selections process throughout design and construction.
