Organization Overview

High Country Network Solutions (HCNS) is a specialized Managed Service Provider (MSP) dedicated to designing, installing, and managing high-reliability network and security infrastructure across the Eastern Tennessee and Western North Carolina High Country region.

Our core focus is solving the complex connectivity challenges unique to local commercial businesses, professional offices, and high-end residential estates/hospitality venues that demand enterprise-grade performance. We aim to transform the unstable, slow Wi-Fi systems commonly found in the area into secure, robust networks that guarantee maximum business uptime and a premium digital experience.

We function as the single point of accountability for all data and security infrastructure, offering services that go far beyond standard IT support:

High-Performance Wi-Fi Deployment: We deploy commercial-grade equipment and use advanced techniques like point-to-point wireless to ensure guaranteed, resilient Wi-Fi coverage across vast properties, farms, and complex structures, solving the widespread problem of dead zones and unreliable cell service.

Network Security & Segmentation (VLANs): We implement strict network segmentation to separate critical private devices and business resources (like POS systems, servers, and security) from guest or public traffic, eliminating security risks and preventing unauthorized access.

High-Availability Internet & WAN Optimization: We design multi-source WAN solutions, integrating fixed wireless, cable, or fiber connections with advanced routing and failover protocols to eliminate single points of failure, ensuring maximum speed and continuous business uptime.

Proactive Managed Services: For all commercial and large residential clients, we offer 24/7 remote monitoring and maintenance to identify and fix critical infrastructure issues—like exhausted DHCP pools or failed access points—before they impact business operations or generate customer complaints.
