Professional Bio

I build the systems that let a High Country business run without its owner in every room. My focus is service to the community, not for a side hustle to monetize.

Most owners here can't take a day off, or lose a key employee, and it isn't because the business is failing. It's because too much of it only works when one specific person is doing it. That's the problem I work on, and it starts with the numbers: your point of sale knows what sold, your books know what it cost, and nothing has ever put them in the same room.

I came up through startups and spent seven years at Oracle — I’ve worked with both shoestring and seven-figure budgets. Today, I'm an integrated marketing director at an S&P-traded fintech company, where I sit on its AI Center of Excellence. That job mostly taught me something worth passing on: Even a company that size, with the budget and a whole committee dedicated to AI, is still figuring it out. The tools and the money are there; the frameworks aren't. No owner in Boone is behind.

The capability behind enterprise software got cheap. What never existed was a version built to fit a business with a dozen employees, a real busy season, and no IT department. Pigasus Group does the translating.
