BRIGHT Eyes – Dry Eye Center & Eye Spa, led by award-winning optometrist Dr. Mandy Rights, is a boutique specialty eye clinic blending integrative medical care with spa-like comfort. BRIGHT Eyes is North Carolina’s only clinic of its kind—a fully-focused Dry Eye Center, Eye Spa, and Specialty Vision & Contact Lens Center under one roof. Dr. Rights has practiced in the region since 2017 and founded BRIGHT Eyes in 2024 to bring specialty-level eye care access to the High Country.
