Building Conversations

Presented by: Boone Area Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Boone Development Association, High Country Home Builders Association

Join us for a casual gathering of local construction professionals and Town of Boone staff, Thursday, February 3rd, from 8-9am at the High Country Home Builders Association office, located in Boone on the 105 Bypass between AppalCart and CCC&TI.

Coffee and doughnuts will be provided as you network with collegues in the local construction industry. Members of the Town of Boone Planning & Inspections, Public Works, and Fire departments will be on hand as well, providing opportunity for conversation outside of your normal business interactions.

This gathering is designed to be informal, so feel free to come and go as your schedule permits. We will have short comments from 8:35-8:45, which will include:

  • Quick welcome from David Jackson (Boone Area Chamber) and Lane Moody (Town of Boone)

  • Comments and updates from Jane Shook, Town of Boone Planning & Inspections

  • Comments and updates from Bruce Baker, Executive Officer, High Country Home Builders Association
