Will Carswell

Originally from Morganton, NC, Will has a deep appreciation for the beauty, lifestyle, and community of North Carolina’s High Country. Now based in Boone, he combines local knowledge with a data-driven approach to help clients confidently navigate the buying and selling process.

Will earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After graduating, he spent several years living abroad in Madrid, Spain, where he taught English and gained valuable international experience while working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds.

After returning to North Carolina, Will knew the mountains were where he wanted to build his life and career. He moved to Boone and earned his Master’s degree in Data Analytics from Appalachian State University. His background in analytics allows him to take a thoughtful, data-driven approach to real estate, helping clients better understand market trends, pricing, and opportunities throughout the High Country.

Before transitioning into real estate, Will worked at Beech Mountain Resort Lodging as Property Operations Manager. In that role, he gained valuable hands-on experience working with mountain properties and developed a strong understanding of the unique characteristics of homes in the region.

Today, Will proudly calls Boone home and enjoys helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence. Whether assisting with a primary residence, vacation home, or investment property, he is committed to helping clients find the right place to enjoy everything the High Country has to offer.
