Organization Overview
Carolina Movement Lab is a safe, respectful, judgement-free space where a collective of movement instructors and bodywork practitioners facilitate joyful movement, foster community connections, and empower people to move with ease and confidence. We currently offer private and semi-private equipment Pilates, group mat Pilates classes, and Barre classes. We hope to expand our offerings soon!
We are located inside of Lifestore Bank in Boone at 1675 Blowing Rock Road. Use the entrance on the side of the building facing Burger King/ Boone Heights Drive. We are on the 4th floor (Suites 401 A & B). Look for the purple doors.
