Carolina Movement Lab

Carolina Movement Lab is a safe, respectful, judgement-free space where a collective of movement instructors and bodywork practitioners facilitate joyful movement, foster community connections, and empower people to move with ease and confidence. We currently offer private and semi-private equipment Pilates, group mat Pilates classes, and Barre classes. We hope to expand our offerings soon!
