Angela McLean is currently the CEO of Prysm Technology, Inc. Prysm is a professional I.T. solutions and services company serving the U.S. Federal Government.

Prysm Technology is a minority woman-owned professional IT solutions and services company based in Fairfax, VA. Prysm focuses on delivering best-in-class program management consulting, system engineering and integration, and software development solutions. As a certified PMP and ITIL Practitioner, Mrs. McLean provides deep expertise in the areas of program management, business process re-engineering and the implementation of best practices. She provides coaching and business support to entrepreneurs in a variety of industries. Working closely with the management team to support strategy development and execution.

Angela has over twenty years experience within the Federal Government and a solid background in software development and program management. Angela earned her Bachelor's in Information Systems from Appalachian State University and her Executive MBA from Virginia Tech.

In her spare time Mrs. McLean enjoys serving her community and supporting Appalachian State University’s Track & Field and cross country team. She is an active volunteer served on the advisory board for K.I. Services an organization chartered to educate and assist communities of color in response to disparities in health care delivery. Mrs. McLean is also a licensed Realtor in Virginia and serves as a career coach.
