828 Real Estate is a locally owned Boutique Real Estate firm in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains that focuses on Quality not Quantity. Located in the vibrant downtown Boone area, we serve all of the North Carolina High Country. Our primary goal is not to build a business empire, but rather to build a strong community while providing excellent customer service from start to finish. All of our real estate professionals have deep roots in this community. This gives us a unique opportunity to serve our clients with incredible customer service and localized knowledge. When 828 agents are not serving our clients, we can be found serving throughout the community. Each of our agents has chosen a local non-profit to support throughout the year with both their time and treasure.
