We are looking for an administrative professional with excellent written and verbal customer service skills.

 

Duties:

  • Answering multiple phone lines
  • Welcoming new patients
  • Completing patient registrations
  • Checking patients in/out
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Other general clerical duties.
Job requirements: 
  • Computer/word processing/email proficiency
  • Preferably health care or dental office experience (training is available for the right candidate who is eager to learn and has the right personality)
