Job Duties include but are not limited to:

Human Resource:

  • Managing all employee files and employment data including new-hire onboarding
  • Assisting with employment verifications
  • Maintain all Federal Regulations
  • Performing other HR tasks as assigned
  • Communicating updates to the team
  • Creation of internal documents


  • Preparing payroll
  • Processing and reconciliation of invoices, statements and other documents
  • Allocating and posting financial transaction details to subsidiary books
  • Drawing up financial statements
  • Preparing checks, payments and bank deposits


  • General office duties, such as drafting, scanning, correspondence and filing
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Public Relation and customer engagement
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and Outlook
  • Maintain subcontractor list and documents
  • Maintain and Update Corporate Policies and Procedures Manual
  • Submit monthly reports


  • Strong Self-managing Skills. Must provide examples
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Multi-tasker and ability to handle new projects while completing every day work load
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous construction background or office manager experience
