My design philosophy is all about how your home makes you feel, as well as creating a stunning and inviting design to compliment your tastes. I am a very intuitive person and I design with passion and purpose. Each client has a color palette that they "feel" the most comfortable living with. It's not about the latest trend, although it's great to incorporate that with your design. But, it's truly about YOU.
I have been afforded the opportunity to have designed homes at North Carolina discounted prices for my clients for more than 30 years-- throughout the United States and internationally.
I was recognized by The American Consulate to The Saudi Arabian Government for my designs and service for three villas in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia for The Sheik of Bahrain. My work has appeared in The Charlotte Observer, Architectural Digest, and Boca Raton Magazine. I was recognized and awarded by the president of Thomasville Furniture as the Top 3 Designer for Thomasville corporate stores out of 350 designers nationwide. I’ve been a member of The Million Dollar Club for 27 years.
It has been a wonderful journey! My greatest joy has always been the special relationships that develop with my clients. As we work together, I will share my gift and passion for interior design, re-design, color consultation, home staging, or act as your personal “Designer for The Day” for Hickory Furniture Tours. My desire is to make your experience a great one. I will take the stress out of creating your “nest.” Together, we will create a beautiful, inviting, stunning space for you and your family and friends to enjoy, and we’ll have a good time doing it!
