High Country Young Professionals (HCYP) was founded in 2009 by area young professionals and with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses. HCYP was formed to tackle critical issues including "brain drain" and increase young professionals involvement in economic development. HCYP currently has 96 members ranging in age from 21 to 40. Our membership represents the High Country's advertisers, artists, architechts, graphic designers, marketers, financiers, lawyers, salespeople and more.

Our Mission

To cultivate the next generation of leadership in the High Country by retaining and recruiting young professionals through business and social networking.

This initiative is led by a guiding committee composed of young professional peers who live and work in the High Country area.

Become a member and pay your dues.

Join our group and mingle with some of the top professionals the High Country has to offer. We'll all meet at regular events once or twice a month. When you see this sign, come to the specified location and hang out with us. This event is social and means for us to all have a good time. So grab a drink...or not...but definately come hang out.
